Lake effect snow advisory for southern Erie, Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties through 2pm for 3-5" with visibilities down to a 1/2 mile at times.  Snow tapers off as temperatures fall into the teens behind the cold front.  As northwest winds increase, blowing snow will create slick travel conditions and wind chills well below zero this afternoon.  Wind Chill Advisory from 4pm Friday through 9am Saturday for Southern Erie, Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Allegany Counties for wind chill values -15 to -20.

TODAY:  Breezy and cold with snow showers.  Gusty wind creating bitter wind chills below zero.  Temperatures falling into the single digits by the late afternoon.
