BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Hot and humid Monday forecast.

Sunny skies this morning with clouds increasing this afternoon. Showers and storms will develop later today with some storms bringing locally heavy rain.

A Flood Watch is in place until 10 p.m. Monday for Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, McKean and Warren Counties. The National Weather Service said that excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
