Taylor Epps is a multimedia journalist at 7 News in Buffalo. She joined WKBW in June 2019. She's worked with Good Morning Buffalo as the morning reporter since August 2020.

In her more than two years in WNY, Epps has covered a wide range of community-based stories from following veterans to D.C. with Honor Flight Buffalo Niagara, to covering viral sensations like the 12-year-old Dunkirk DJ or the Real Hood Santa, to topics that have had life-shattering impacts like the opioid epidemic and the continuous impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Epps was recognized as one of the 30 under 30 Changemakers of 2020.

She is a board member of the Buffalo Association of Black Journalists and the Buffalo Broadcasters Association.

She hails from South Jersey, but left the shore to spend her college years studying Broadcast and Digital Journalism at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.

When she’s not in the newsroom, she's either walking around her North Buffalo Community with her puppy Reese, watching or waiting for a football game or enjoying the millions of things WNY has to offer. Unless it's too cold, in which case, she is at home taking a nap.
