Summer is off to an average start when looking at June numbers

June 2020 going down in the records books at nearly average. The month ended 0.8 degrees Fahrenheit above average. We finished with eight - 60 degree days, nine - 70 degree days, 12 - 80 degree days and one - 90 degree day. The cooler days were peppered in there but the majority fell during the beginning and also the end of the month.

2.39” of rain fell within the 1st 10 days and only .63” fell within the last 20 days. For the month of June, precipitation fell a little over a ½” short for the month with measurable rainfall only taking place on seven of the 30 days. Another three days had trace amounts of rainfall.
