BUFFALO (WKBW) — A season to remember in an unprecedented time: the Buffalo Bills will travel to Kansas City to take on the Chiefs in the AFC Championship game next Sunday. Bills fans hoping to attend the big game will not only have to navigate high ticket prices and travel, but also do so in the COVID-19 era.

Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City is allowing fans to attend Chiefs playoff games. According to our sister station KSHB, the postseason plan for Arrowhead is to limit capacity to 22% or roughly 17,000 fans. Fans must follow COVID-19 protocols which for Arrowhead Stadium includes wearing masks at all times "unless you are actively eating or drinking." You can find the full COVID-19 guidelines here.

If you are looking for tickets you'd better be ready to pony up. Limited capacity in a huge game has driven prices up. According to Ticketmaster, verified resale tickets through the Chiefs website are running between $1,300 to well over $2,000 a seat.

Once you have a ticket, fans are seated in "pods" to "give fans control over social distancing while seated in the seating bowl". You can find further guidelines for fans here.
