There is an open invitation for you to spend some time with a ghostly cast of characters at Lewiston's Marble Orchard Ghost Walks. The "Marble Orchard" is actually the Village Cemetery and the perfect setting for this haunted hike.

The hosts are costumed actors and each plays their part with plenty of gusto. Some of the characters are part of Lewiston's History like tavern owner Catherine Hustler who is actually buried in this cemetery. Legend has it that she invented the cocktail.

Each host has their own story sharing a piece of Lewsiton history or local legend. The tours are every Saturday through October 27. They meet at the Peace Garden at 7pm sharp. The walks are presented by the Lewiston Council On The Arts. You can find more information at their website.
