BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Hall of Fame Coach Marv Levy turned 95 years old on Monday and a group of Buffalo Bills fans is looking to celebrate in a big way. Hundreds have now signed a letter on Change.org asking the team to rename the home of the Bills in Orchard Park "Marv Levy Stadium".
"There is no better person to bestow this honor upon than Hall of Fame Coach Marv Levy, the man who led the Bills to four consecutive AFC Championships," the letter says in part.
The Bills are looking for a new naming rights partner for the stadium after New Era asked to get out of the company's agreement.
More than 700 fans had signed the petition as of Monday afternoon.
The full text of the letter, which the group says will be sent to the Buffalo Bills later this week, is available at here.
