NORTH BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — From the architecture, to the public art, to the bustling business district of Hertel Avenue, it's safe to say North Buffalo is buzzing.

A new short film is highlighting and promoting everything the area has to offer.

The eight-minute film premiered at the historic North Park Theatre on Monday, and features business owners and residents proudly boasting all of the things that make North Buffalo special.

"What's unique about North Buffalo is the proximity of everything," said Buffalo Common Councilmember Joel Feroleto (D-Delaware District). "It's walkable, you can walk to grocery stores, the movie theatre, restaurants, bars, you're also minutes away from some of the best historical buildings like the Darwin Martin House, some of the best art collections like the Albright-Knox, and it's all in close proximity to each other."
