Winds will increase over Chautauqua and Southern Erie counties with gusts near 50mph.  The combination of icy tree branches and power lines with gusty winds will create the opportunity for power outages for portions of the area later in the evening and overnight. You should expect hazardous conditions on area roadways throughout all of WNY.

As Tuesday arrives, it will be windy and wet with as high of 45 degrees.
