The Bulls are the 10 seed in the Albany region of the NCAA Women’s Tournament, announced during Monday’s Selection Show. They are set to play their first game on Friday against seven seeded Rutgers.
The Bulls punched their ticket to the NCAA Tournament following a win over Ohio in the MAC Tournament Championship game as the conference’s 4th seed. It was their first MAC Tournament title since 2016.
It’s the team’s second straight trip to the NCAA Women’s Tournament. Last season, they earned an at-large bid and made it to the Sweet Sixteen, a program first.
