BILLS QUARTERBACK JOSH ALLEN HAS BEEN NAMED AFC OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE MONTH FOR DECEMBER. — Bills quarterback Josh Allen has been named AFC Offensive Player of the Month for December.

The NFL made the announcement Thursday.

Over the five games the Bills played since the beginning of the month, Allen had a 70.11% completion rate, hitting 129 of 184 passes for 1,516 yards and 15 touchdowns.

He only threw two interceptions in that time.

He also rushed for 110 yards and notched two touchdowns running.

Every game the Bills played in December, they won, led by Allen, ending what has been a record-breaking year for the team. In fact, Allen now holds the franchise's single-season records in completions, completion percentage, passing yards, games with 300 yards or more passing, passing touchdowns and total touchdowns.

The Bills are also set to host their first playoff game in 25 years. They take on the Colts in Orchard Park Saturday at 1:05 p.m.
