ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WKBW) — Former Buffalo Bills kicker Stephen Hauschka announced via Instagram that he has retired from football, and thanked Bills Mafia.

Hauschka, 35, spent three seasons with the Buffalo Bills from 2017-2019, with a field goal percentage of 82 percent and an extra point percentage of 96.6 percent.

While he was in Buffalo, Hauschka and his wife Lindsey helped pay for adoption fees of dogs adopted from the Erie County SPCA.

That tradition is being continued by Hayley Beane, the wife of general manager Brandon Beane.

The kicker was released in favor of rookie kicker Tyler Bass before the 2020 season and played one game this season with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
