BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — Buffalo Bills tight end Tommy Sweeney has suffered a setback. On Monday, the Bills placed Sweeney on the Active/PUP list with a foot injury.
Despite the injury, Sweeney will be able to attend team meetings and all other non-practice related activities. The team can move him off the PUP list at any point, as long as he passes a physical.
Last season, the rookie played in six games, catching eight passes for 114 yards.
