Wade will be a practice squad only guy with the Bills using him as an exempt 11th player through the International Pathway Program. Wade came to the U.S. following a rugby career and will gain valuable experience with the Bills before he can vie for a permanent roster spot next season.
The Bills intend to solidify four more players to their practice squad by Monday evening.
