BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — All winter long, snow removal service companies have been waiting for a week like this one.
Vision Lawncare & Snowplowing offers its services to clear things like parking lots at businesses all over Western New York, sidewalks, and driveways.
Owner Rocco Guadagna says recent snowstorms like Tuesday morning's winter storm have left his company busier than ever, in part, because more people are working from home and requesting help clearing the snow.

But Guadagna tells us his business boom isn't without its challenges.
"I guess our biggest hurdle is finding employees because everyone is on unemployment, but we give competitive rates and we give them a good atmosphere here so hopefully they realize that and stick around for the long haul," said Guadagna.
Right now, Vision Lawncare & Snowplowing's crew consists of 18 members, but Guadagna says as more snow falls, he's looking to expand his staff, and the job comes with a flexible schedule.
"Even if people want to make some extra money, we put them on the payroll," said Guadagna. "If they want to work part-time, they give me their schedule and we can work around anyone's schedule."
