State Police have charged a West Seneca woman who was driving the wrong way on I-290 with DWI.
Tanya Muscato was pulled over in the Town of Tonawanda driving westbound in eastbound traffic on the 290 around 5:30 p.m. Friday, June 10th. Police say the 39-year-old's blood alcohol content was .22 percent, which is almost three times the legal limit of .08 percent.
She was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, and will appear in Town of Tonawanda Court June 21st.
