WNY Women Leading the Charge: Lynne Marie Finn

Lynne Marie Finn has been breaking down barriers since she started in business decades ago.

"When I was starting out, private clubs in Buffalo still had women going through separate doorways," she said.

Finn is the President and CEO of Superior Workforce Solutions.  The company manages the contingent workforce for businesses across Western New York, and the world.

"We feel really good about connecting people to companies and getting them jobs.  We feel really good about helping companies find the right talent to make their businesses successful," she said.

Finn's true passion is helping other women business owners, especially those starting out.  She's become a resource for women who are working to make their mark in the business world.

She's also a judge for Buffalo's 43 North competition.  She says she's always impressed with what she sees.

"Companies who have won the 43 North competition are just enriching our community in so many ways," she said.

Finn says she's learned over the years that giving back is truly important, and she plans to keep helping other women achieve their dreams.
