With concert season set to start at Darien Lake next week, the theme park and entertainment company Live Nation announced they have made some upgrades to its amphitheater.

As part of the 25th concert season, the concession stands and plazas at Darien Lake's Amphitheater are getting new, updated looks.  They'll include photo opportunities for selfies, and additional seating in the main plazas.  There will also be new TV displays, and fans can see a new starlight display under the concert tent.

Throughout Darien Lake's Amphitheater, there will now be more concession locations.  The concession stands will also have more food and drink options, including specialty cocktails, and "humanely raised food offerings."  There will also be a selection of local food trucks, and craft beers on tap.

Concert-goers will be able to use Wifi at Darien Lake shows this year.  Park officials say it will allow guests to easily surf the web, and to access their mobile concert tickets.  The Public Wifi is expected to be available later in the summer.

Lastly, the park is bringing back the Preferred Lawn for 2017.  Those tickets include complimentary lawn chair rental, access to a drink cart, and early entry.
