Buffalo firefighters say two tenants escaped from an apartment building fire on the city's east side.
Fire started inside the building on Genesee Street, near Jefferson Avenue, about 4:30 a.m. Friday.
Firefighters called two alarms shortly after they arrived. That means nearly 60 firefighters were on scene trying to get this under control.
It's unclear how the fire started.
No one was hurt.
Firefighters say damage inside the building is estimated at $150,000.
