A Tonawanda man is facing rape and child pornography charges.
Corey Villa, 31, is charged with third-degree rape, endangering the welfare of a child, promoting the obscene sexual performance of a child, and use of a child less than 17 years-old in a sexual performance.
Villa's arrest follows an investigation that began on March 14th.
New York State Police are not releasing any other information due to the the victim.
