NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WKBW-TV) — This boat is all business. Hot dog business that is. Paul Lequeux is the Captain of the 'Snorkel Dog'. It's literally a food truck on the water and a welcome sight to boaters. Paul says "they are amazed."

The floating restaurant puts out more then just hot dogs. The menu includes hamburgers, sausage sandwiches, chicken breast sandwiches and ice cream.

Paul and his dad Jim own 'The Super Dog'. A bricks and mortar hot dog stand that sits on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Niagara Falls. They also have a mobile kitchen that they use for catering.

Paul came up with the idea of the Snorkel Dog as a way to spend more time boating. He says "it was my way to get on the water and still work." 'The Snorkel Dog' is serving on the upper Niagara River Saturdays and Sundays through Labor Day.

You can find more information about the Snorkel Dog and the Super Dog at their website.
