An Arizona woman has been indicted on a felony charge by a grand jury in the death of a Lyndonville woman.
According to police, 31-year-old Holly Colino is accused of shooting and killing 33-year-old Megan Dix. Investigators say Dix was on her lunch break from her job in Brockport and was "in the wrong place at the wrong time."
Colino has pleaded not guilty to second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
Police say Colino was arrested Monday night in Henrietta for a different crime. While being held, deputies say Colino managed to escape and was found two hours later behind a Wendy's and was taken back into custody.
