An Elderly woman is hospitalized with serious injuries tonight, following a two car accident in the Town of West Seneca.
Police say an 87-year old woman pulled out from Leydecker Road onto Southwestern Boulevard and was t-boned by an oncoming car.
The woman was taken to Erie County Medical Center for treatment. Police have not released her name.
The driver of the other car was not hurt.
