Santa Claus made a stop in Buffalo a little early this year.
He visited the the tiniest patients at Sisters of Charity Hospital on Saturday, turning the neonatal intensive care unit into a winter wonderland.
Parents and families got to take their picture with Santa and their new bundle of joy.
The hospital says it was all in an effort to make baby's first Christmas a special time.
