A Buffalo man is facing DWI charges after he hit a power pole and a house in West Seneca before his car rolled over.

West Seneca Police were called to Harlem Road around 3 a.m. Friday, where they found Robert Petrilli's vehicle on its roof. The 22-year-old had been ejected from the vehicle.

Police say Petrilli crossed the center line and oncoming lane before hitting a power pole, then a house. His vehicle flipped and landed on its roof.

The house suffered a hole in the basement wall and extensive damage to the outside. Power was off in the area while National Grid worked to fix lines. The roadway was closed for a few hours.

Petrilli was taken to ECMC for his injuries. His condition is unknown, but police say they spoke with him at the hospital.

He's being charged with DWI, failure to keep right and driving without a seatbelt.
