Robert Woods knows a thing or two about valuable real estate both on and off the field.

Earlier this summer, the fourth-year wide receiver earned his degree from the University of Southern California in Policy Planning and Development.

"Once I shook the hands and walked off stage, you know, you just feel it. Like, everything's lifted. I finally finished, put my hands in the air and was like I'm done, I did it."

For Woods, graduating from college was always part of the plan.

"I know it'll open up so many doors once I'm done playing....(I wanted to) learn a lot more about the real estate development world and just finish and open more doors for after."
