A Buffalo woman was arrested after police say she was drunk and drinking in public while taking care of a toddler.
The Erie County Sheriff's Office arrested 32-year-old Luanne Isaacs Monday afternoon. Deputies say they got reports of drunk people with a toddler on Court Street in Buffalo, and when they got there they found Isaacs with a young child.
Isaacs is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, disorderly conduct, and drinking in public.
Police say they found the toddler's mom and returned the child to her.
