Police in Olean and the Town of Niagara are warning people to keep their car doors locked after break-ins in both areas.

Olean Police released video over the weekend that shows a man breaking into two unlocked cars.  They say a number of thefts were reported Saturday night on Irving St., W. Connell, W. Fall, Avenue B., W. Green and South 7th Street.  If you recognize the person in the video you're asked to call Olean Police at (716) 376-5677.

Meantime Police in the Town of Niagara say they're investigating a similar string of break-ins of unlocked cars.  Police there say one car was stolen after the owner left the key in the ignition.
