A Dunkirk man is facing charges after police say he showed up to work with a handgun and threatened his coworkers.
City of Dunkirk Police say 41-year-old Rolando Rivera-Santos went to work at a local manufacturing plant Wednesday morning and threatened the employees there. Police arrived just after 5:00 a.m. and confronted him. When they searched him they say they found a loaded semi-automatic pistol in his back pocket.
Rivera-Santos was arrested and taken into custody. Police say he is a convicted felon and isn't allowed to have a gun. He's facing criminal possession charges as well as a menacing charge.
He'll be arraigned in Dunkirk City Court.
