A man has been arrested for his connection to a murder at a Buffalo barbershop.
Victor Martinez, 29, of Buffalo has been charged with second degree murder in the slaying of Juan Ortiz Santiago inside a Niagara Street barbershop. Police say they are still searching for a second suspect.
Family members tell 7 Eyewitness News that Ortiz is a father of three who was cutting hair at the time he was killed. He leaves behind a fiance who is now caring for the couple's two children.
"The only thing I can tell them is that he was a great person, and he loved them very much," the children's uncle Josue Cruz said.
