A 52-year-old man is dead after a stabbing in Buffalo Friday.
Neighbors say paramedics were called to the scene on the 200 block of Oakmont Avenue around 8:15 a.m. The Buffalo Police Department tweeted that the stabbing was fatal around 10:00 a.m.
Police say the man who died is Paul Held of Buffalo.
Police announced they had a suspect in custody around 7 p.m. Friday night. Thirty-year-old William Hemphill of Buffalo is charged with second degree murder.
Detectives said Hemphill knew the victim and stabbed him during an argument.
