Niagara County's first and only distillery is now open for business.
Niagara Craft Spirits is located on the Niagara Wine Trail in Cambria. Whiskey and gin are being made there right now. Bourbon will soon be added as well.
The distillery and its tasting room are open every Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
