The woman who was charged in a deadly house fire that killed her twin boys took a plea deal Monday morning.
Heather Ace was in the Town of Batavia court and took a plea deal to one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
Ace is accused on leaving her toddlers home alone for an hour and a half, during which time a fire started and the two boys, Micahel and Micah Gard, died from smoke inhalation.
Ace count face a fine and up to one year in jail when she is sentenced on May 22.
