Although there wasn't a winner for the $1 billion Mega Millions jackpot, a Western New York Tops Markets location sold a $1 million winning ticket.
A spokesperson for the New York State Gaming Commission says the Tops Markets location on Military Road in the Town of Niagara sold a $1 million winning ticket.
The winner has not yet come forward but has a year to do so.
The winner was one of four $1 million winners in New York State, the others were in Middletown, Yonkers, and the Bronx.
There were 15 $1 million winners nationwide.
Tuesday's Mega Millions jackpot will be an all-time record estimated $1.6 billion dollars.
