Buffalo firefighters were called to a vacant home on Wilson Street where flames consumed the building.
Firefighters were working on the blaze from the outside because the flames were too big and too dangerous to go inside. Firefighters had to work to stop the flames from spreading to nearby structures.
Buffalo firefighters said no one was hurt.
Crews said the fire was cause by arson. Damages were pegged at $30,000.
