The man charged with DWI after hitting three pedestrians New Year's Day was arraigned Tuesday morning.
Abdikadir Jaffar pleaded not guilty Buffalo City Court to vehicular assault, DWI, driving on a sidewalk and following too clsoely.
Jaffar is being held on $25,000 cash or property bail. He is due back in court for a felony hearing January 6.
