A Wisconsin man is facing charges for having a bit too much fun celebrating the new year.
He was caught on dashcam charging at a police cruiser around midnight. The 25-year-old threw himself on the car and broke the windshield.
Police say he was drunk when it happened. Two officers were hurt while arresting him, but they'll be okay.
