An Olean man was arrested after State Police say he stole a dog from the Olean SPCA.
Troopers say they got a call from someone at the SPCA about a lost dog September 16th. After an investigation, they arrested 31-year-old Stephen Schindlbeck. Police say he broke into the SPCA after hours and stole the dog, a leash and dog food.
The dog was returned to the SPCA. Schindlbeck was arrested, charged with Burglary, and taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
