Main Street in Falconer is back open after a massive fire last month.
That fire tore through the town's financial district, forcing nearly two-dozen people from their homes.
19-year-old Jonathan Young has been charged with starting this fire, along with a string of arsons in the Jamestown area. Young is charged with two counts of second degree arson, nine counts of third degree arson and one count of fifth degree arson.
