Last January Christina Abt was just getting the hang of her new camera equipment. Her plan was to spend the year leading up to her 65th birthday interviewing interesting people. The project was called "64 and More".
Fifty-two interviews and one year later she is ready to move on to her next project. She plans to head off to the Woman's March in Washington D.C. and to cover the event live on Facebook.
Christina says "I'm going to tell this story. I'm going to take my camera and go to D.C. and walk with these woman and try to talk to as many as I can."
She has her ticket and her press pass, but as far as camera equipment goes she will be traveling light. Christina plans to broadcast live on Facebook over the weekend using her cell phone. She says this March will be a huge event with at least two hundred thousand participants. "They're talking about reproductive rights, environmental rights, they're talking about hunger and poverty"
You can follow her on Facebook as she covers the March in Washington, D.C. and you can check out Christina Abt's interviews on her website.
