BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Around Western New York, North Tonawanda teen Stella Usiak is also known as "Stella Swift."

Usiak has been singing the tunes of Taylor Swift since she was a child, which is also when she was diagnosed with cancer.

In 2018 the WNY community rallied around her and raised funds to send her to Toronto for the Taylor Swift concert.

But two hours before the concert, Stella broke her leg in her hotel room and couldn't go to the show.

Later in 2018, following the outpouring of support from the community, she decided to give back.

Stella and an organization called "Stella's Warriors" filled 200 backpacks with warm clothes, toiletries, and snacks for the homeless and gave them out on Thanksgiving.

Now, Stella and her family are looking for more support from the caring WNY community.

Stella was hospitalized Saturday morning after not feeling well and having multiple seizures, she remains at Oishei Children's Hospital Sunday.

A meal train and donation page have been set up to help the family which you can find in the Facebook post below.

Any updates on Stella's condition are posted on the Facebook page, as of Sunday morning a Facebook post stated Stella had not spoken or been truly awake since entering the hospital.
