BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police announced an arrest has been made after three people were shot inside a hookah lounge on Hertel Avenue.
The incident happened on January 6 just before 2 a.m. at Sahara Hookah Lounge. According to police, three men were shot inside the hookah lounge during a dispute. The three men were taken to ECMC.
The Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announced that 30-year-old Caron D. Fleming of Buffalo was arraigned on March 22 in Erie County Court on an indictment charging him with two counts of second-degree attempted murder, one count of first-degree assault, one count of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and one count of second-degree assault.
The district attorney's office said two of the victims, both 28-year-old men, were treated and released from the hospital and the other, a 36-year-old man, was hospitalized with serious physical injuries.
