ALBION, N.Y. (WKBW) — A third student accused of threatening to attack and injure students at Albion Middle School has taken a plea deal. The student pleaded guilty to conspiracy.
The Albion Police Department announced in November officers foiled a planned attack on Albion Middle School. The threat was reported to a staff member who worked at the school.
Earlier this month, two students took plea deals to charges of conspiracy, surrounding a plot to kill and injure students at Albion Middle School.
All three students involved in the threat have pleaded guilty.
