WILLIAMSVILLE, NY (WKBW-TV) — You wouldn't think that "garbage" on a menu would be a crowd pleaser, but according to owner Jerry Blaszyk it's a big seller at Helen's Kitchen in Williamsville.
Gerry says proudly "we like to say our garbage is good enough to eat."
The menu item is actually called "Garbage Breakfast" and it looks and tastes better than it sounds. A combination of eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, home fries and more, it all ends us as a big steamy pile of delicious breakfast food.
Gerry says they also offer a Vegetable Garbage Breakfast as well as other variations including a Greek Garbage Breakfast.
Helen's Kitchen is open everyday for breakfast and lunch and the extensive menu offers a wide variety of items besides the
"Garbage Breakfast".
