BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The suspect accused of firing at Buffalo police is now in custody.
According to the Buffalo Police Department, 23-year-old Robert McBride is charged with two counts of first degree attempted murder, two counts of second degree attempted assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
Police say McBride fired shots at officers early Thursday morning as officers responded to a shots fired call near Lang Avenue and Newburgh Avenue. No officers were hit with gunfire and no one was injured.
