OLEAN, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Olean Police Department issued a missing person alert on Friday for 78-year-old Donald Foote.
Foote was reported missing by his sister. Police say he has not been seen since Thursday morning around 10:30 a.m., when he walked out of his apartment on Tompkins Street in the City of Olean.
