BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo man is being held without bail, charged in a July 1st homicide.
21-year-old Mario K. Washington was arraigned on Tuesday, on one count of Murder in the Second Degree, a Class “A-1” felony.
Washington is accused of shooting 28-year-old Shariff Jackson as he was sitting in a car in a parking lot on the 1200 block of Delaware Avenue in Buffalo. Jackson died at the scene.
Washington is set to return to court on Monday, August 24, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. for a felony hearing.
