JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WKBW) — The social media app Tik Tok is a new and fun way to express yourself through short videos. A Jamestown teen has been posting videos with major success.
"There was one point where I was making like $3,000 a month," said Joshua Jolly, a Jamestown High School Senior.
He started last year, by posting cute videos of him and his two dogs, Puddin and Dozer.
He now makes two tik toks daily and they're pretty popular. He has 1.5 million followers and 60+ million likes. In less than one year, the trio has made more than 1,000 videos. His fans even send him fan mail.
"I honestly love it. I could do it for the rest of my life," said Jolly.
He plans to pursue a social media career, starting by vlogging his daily life on Youtube. His ultimate goal is to be on the Ellen Show.
