BUFFALO, NY (WKBW-TV) — Kevin Torres started collecting Simpsons stuff about ten years ago. A collection that now fills his entire garage began with a pair of Converse sneakers with "home run Bart on them."
The Simpsons animated TV show has been on the air for thirty-one years. Kevin says his favorite character is Bart "because he says what's on his mind and he's kind."
His collection contains thousand of items and Kevin says he has no idea what it's worth. He finds things at flea markets and on line.
One official Simpsons mini-bike in the original box has brought offers of eight hundred dollars from other collectors. Kevin says he'll probably save it for his daughter.
