ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Lackawanna man now admits he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old boy at the Orchard Park salon where he worked.

68-year-old Stephen Savaglio pleaded guilty on Monday to one count of Criminal Sexual Act in the Second Degree. This is a Class "D" violent felony. According to the Erie County District Attorney's Office this was the highest sustainable charge against him.

Savaglio admitted that on May 3, 2019, he engaged in sexual conduct with a 14-year-old victim at a location in the Town of Orchard Park.

At the time of his arrest, Orchard Park police said Savaglio assaulted the teenage boy at Michael's Studio on North Buffalo Road.

Savaglio faces a maximum of 7 years in prison when he is sentenced in October.
